🚚 3. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Kuwait only.
• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the area, order time, and order size.
• If the customer is unavailable to receive the order upon delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt, depending on the circumstances.

🎁 5. Custom & Gift Orders

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for customized orders and gift messages.
• Changes may not be possible once an order has entered the preparation process.
• For customized orders, cancellation or modification depends on the preparation stage of the order.

🔄 6. Cancellation & Modification

• Cancellation or modification requests may be accepted before the order preparation begins, subject to availability.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
• Customized or specially prepared products cannot generally be cancelled or exchanged once preparation has begun, except where applicable under our store policy.

🍰 7. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of food products and their sensitivity to storage and transportation conditions, returns are generally not accepted after delivery unless the order contains an error or there is a clear issue with the product.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue, including photos when required.
• Each case will be reviewed individually, and the appropriate solution will be provided.
